Garn47 is a very mysterious entity, just like the rest of the characters from the game. He rarely talks, and when he does his usual catchphrase is TOTALLY GARNULAR!

From what we can gather;

• he seems to enjoy hot jaccuzzi's, so much so he has one on the balcony of his house.
• he is fond of CAR, I think.
• he is easily annoyed by DRILLY's constant barrage of infodumping, but makes sure to apologize when the anger goes too far.

those are the only indications of his personality being shown at this current moment.

Garn47 is skibidicreature, with his feet functioning similar to ICE CUZ MOVES TO FAST. His skin is tinted green cuz is the grinch!!! , and his facial expression is usually a alpha man face. His arms are elongated to support his stature and allow him to use his hands to drift and MAKE GARNGULAR THINGS 

• His feet spin like wheels whenever he moves, and can go EPIC SPEED, which can on occasion allow Garn47 to phase through matter.
• He is able to break down walls and obliterate his enemies given to them a fatal destiny
  
• His speed and strength ARE SO FCKING HIGH I LOVE IT
  
• He is able to flap his arms at such force and velocity that he is practically able to FLY
